Unintentional Incest: Just Another Day in the “Superior” West

Imagine marrying someone and then later finding out that he or she is a blood relative. Might seem like a far-fetched possibility, but such accidental incest is something that indeed takes place in the degenerate world of the modern West.

Reddit:

My girlfriend (I’ll refer to her as Sarah) and I have been dating for a little over than a year and our relationship has been going very well. We both happen to come from the same town and met each other in college after being introduced by a mutual friend of ours.

Christmas day rolls around, and Sarah had bought the both of us 23andme DNA kits. The thing is, is that we were both conceived by in-vitro fertilization via sperm donors. Both of our fathers were infertile so our parents had no choice. Deep down, the both of us were hoping to find our biological fathers through the service.

“No choice.” smh

What kind of a man do you have to be to encourage your wife to be impregnated by another man? Answer: A Modern Western Man. If this couple wanted kids so badly, they should have adopted. Did that ever occur to them? Or if the wife had to experience pregnancy and childbirth (as is female nature), she should have divorced the poor impotent guy and found someone fertile to marry and reproduce with. But the absolute worst option would be to have an anonymous sperm donor.

Fast forward less than a month later to today, and both of our results are in. Sarah comes over to spend the weekend and we go through our results together on our laptops. We compare our ancestry and health reports and nothing seems off. I even found out I’m 2% Native American. All was well until we arrived at the “DNA relatives” section…

Sarah tightly holds my hand and says “I hope we both find our fathers”. Then I open mine up.

At the top of my screen, I see Sarah’s name… “27% DNA shared…half-sister.”

Sarah starts hysterically laughing and tells me to stop joking.

I don’t react to anything she says, and just stare at my screen in disbelief.

I then abruptly grab her laptop and open up her “DNA relatives” section. We see the same thing. My name at the top… “27% DNA shared…half-brother.

Surprise! You’re fornicating with your sister.

At this moment my brain just completely short-circuits.

I’VE BEEN HAVING SEX WITH MY HALF-SISTER.

My mind starts going a 100mph and I began hyperventilating, going into a state of shock.

It’s pretty self-explanatory by now, but for those of you who don’t understand how we could be related, it turns out our moms were probably both fertilized by the same sperm sample. What are the odds, right? The fact that we’re from the same town certainly increased the odds but still.

The odds are pretty high, you incestuous fiend. How many other women could have been impregnated with the same sperm sample? A dozen? Two dozen? More? Allahu `alam, maybe this girlfriend wasn’t even his first tryst with a half-sister.

And that’s the thing. Every time you decide to fornicate with someone in a society where surrogacy, sperm banks, in vitro fertilization, etc., are common, you’re basically playing a kind of Russian Roulette. Except instead of getting shot in the head, you’re fornicating with a blood relative.

There are no words I have to express what my mental state is now. To put it in simple words: I feel traumatized. Part of me still won’t stop thinking about how much I love Sarah and then I realize our entire relationship was incest. I honestly feel disgusted standing in my own skin. I’ve even been contemplating suicide.

So many of the things that are touted as Western progress are, in fact, utterly terrifying. It is not for nothing that the Sharia strictly forbids things like sperm donation, surrogate pregnancy, and in vitro fertilization when the egg and the sperm are coming from a couple who is not married. Look at the wisdom of Allah. Look at the Divine nature of the Sacred Law.

Consider how much pain and suffering these incestuous fornicators have suffered. They grew up not knowing who their fathers were, not knowing their lineage, not knowing from whence they came into this world. Then, after having grown up in such a state, they end up committing incest in ignorance only to find out about it after the fact. Now they have to live the rest of their lives. Assuming they don’t end up committing suicide, the mental anguish must be unimaginable.

Meanwhile, atheists are out there loudly arguing for the moral permissibility of incest. This is how warped the atheist mind is. This is where the atheist morality leads. A complete debasement of the human being.

“We have indeed created man in the best of moulds,
Then We reduced him to the lowest of the low,
Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted.
So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense?
Is not Allah the wisest of judges?” [Quran 95:4-8]

  1. This if anything demonstrates that not only is the liberal notion of harm subjective, but that it is ultimately circular. Harm is defined in terms of liberty (i.e., you harm someone if you interfere with their liberty to indulge their desires with their bodies) and liberty is defined in terms of harm (i.e., to be free is to have no one harm you). No wonder Western society is crumbling. Rawls was delusional, you cannot create a functioning society where nobody can agree on what the good life is.

  2. “you incestuous fiend”
Bro, I like your articles, but that was not called for – that guy did not actively seek out to sleep with his sister. We have to be fair.

I feel bad for that guy – he was born into a system that tells him it is the result of thousands of years of human progress. He was set up from before he was born

If anything, he reacted in a very fitrah manner – by going into shock and feeling sick.

    • Would it be better if I used the word “wretch” instead of “fiend”? Using a negative word is not necessarily to insult. There is a wide range of connotations for any of these words. Context is critical.

      • Yeah, I’ll defend the word choice, Allah says: “Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah ; and those with him are forceful against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves.”

We should treat the kuffar similarly to how we treat severely drug addicted or obese people engaged in self destructive behavior, yet refuse to acknowledge they have a problem- like they need a wake up call.

      • Yes, wretch or stooge or something that implies less intentional wrong behavior. Fiend implies more culpability. Yes he was out to commit zina (no doubt) but not incest on purpose – just look at his reaction.

  3. I know what you’re trying to do; the point you’re trying to make about the “decadent West”, but your tone and language lack compassion and balance, and accuracy. First infertile is NOT the same as impotent and shouldn’t be used interchangeably as you do. You should know better. Second, as TR has said in his comment, calling a man an “incestuous fiend” when he had no knowledge of his relationship to his girlfriend is unkind and uncalled for. It is an axiom of Islamic ethics that actions are judged according to intentions. And btw, if it weren’t for the fledgling science of DNA many people would not even now know everyone they are related to. I think that, unlike many of your articles, this is a cheap shot at an innocent and vulnerable victim and the science of DNA ~ which has already had many, many benefits in Western society.

  4. Success lies in the guidance of Allah, deviation from it will lead to the mess we are reading above……

    Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 2:
    ذَٰلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ

This Book, there is no doubt in it, is a guide to those who guard (against evil).

  5. Brother Daniel this article would’ve been perfect if it weren’t for the shortcomings pointed out by TR and Mubashshir. I hope you would revise the relevant parts.
