Kanye West (also known as “Ye”) was recently interviewed by Tucker Carlson. He has been facing a great deal of criticism from the Woke warriors these past few days for having worn a “White Lives Matter” shirt at one of his fashion events.
He later wrote on Instagram:
“Everyone knows that
Black Lives Matter was a scam
Now it’s over
It also seems somewhat relevant to note at this point that West’s father, whom he mentions numerous times throughout the interview and someone who liked his White Lives Matter shirt, was a member of the Black Panther Party.
I don’t know a lot about West, and of course the usual caveats apply here given that we’re discussing a pop star of sorts, but his words during this interview were stunning. This is particularly because they were coming from someone who was written off as being crazy due to alleged mental illness. Indeed, this is also what seems to have been blamed for him supporting Trump.
What follows are some highlights from the Tucker Carlson interview.
On meeting with Jared Kushner, the wheeler and dealer of the Abraham Accords:
“When I think about…all of these things that Jared…somehow doesn’t get enough credit for with his work….and what is it his work in Israel or his work in…Palestine…you know where he made these peace treaties…I just think it was to make money.”
“If someone ever says…’oh you did a great job,’ it’s [as in, he responds:] ‘praise God.’”
“Look at how quiet it is right now. God is of order. The devil is of chaos.”
On how blacks are perceived by politicians in America:
“For older white people, they’re quick to classify black people only by the fact that we’re black. Even Trump, a person…we’d consider to be a friend of mine. When I went to the White House, I called him after that…and one of the things he said to me is…’Kanye, you’re my friend. When you came to the White House, my black approval rating went up 40 percent’….For politicians, all black people are worth is an approval rating. The Democrats feel that they don’t owe us anything and Republicans feel that they don’t owe us anything. Blacks have never demanded something for our vote”
I’m not sure if you’d agree with me here, but whenever I hear someone speak in this manner, I can’t help but hope that he/she will embrace Islam. He seems so very close. Unfortunately however, some Muslims have become so deeply entrenched within liberalism that they seem to opine that Allah’s guidance should only be restricted for the most liberal disbelievers. This is pure ignorance. Allah guides whomsoever He wills.
May Allah keep us steadfast and firm upon Islam, and may He grant such people guidance towards Islam. Amin.
