The Hebrew Bible gives Jews a continuing obligation to exterminate the Amelekites (Deuteronomy 25:19). This obligation includes the intentional killing of their women and children (1 Samuel 15:3).
Later Jewish religious scholars interpret “Amelekites” to mean any people that is a staunch enemy of the Jews, and opposes their political interests. Jewish scholars have applied the term “Amelekites” to pagan Romans, Christians, and Nazis. In recent times, the term has frequently been applied to Muslims – especially Palestinians.

It is also worth noting that the Jewish tradition endorses the idea of hiding certain teachings from non-Jews, in order to avoid provoking their anger. Thus, Jews often avoid explicitly endorsing the killing of non-Jewish groups. Rather they simply refer to these groups as “Amalekites.” This is to prevent non-Jewish groups from understanding the genocidal incitement directed against them.
That being said, with the spread of social media, it is not difficult to find open examples of such genocidal incitement (e.g., the current mass incitement currently directed at the Palestinians).

The first Caliph Abū Bakr gave the following command to his armies:
“Do not kill women or children or an aged, infirm person. Do not cut down fruit-bearing trees. Do not destroy an inhabited place. Do not slaughter sheep or camels except for food. Do not burn bees and do not scatter them. Do not steal from the booty, and do not be cowardly.”

There is something that is very strange, the Palestinian flag is based on the “flag of the arab revolt” designed by Englishman Mark Sykes.

The Arab revolt was supported by the British, and the British took away Palestine from the Ottomans

Arabs as a whole, palestine included, have succumbed to nationalism. The fight for Palestine is not an Islamic fight. The fight for Al Aqsa and freedom of Muslims from an oppressive enemy are Islamic fights. This distinction should be made clear.
We should separate arab nationalism with islam. In France, muslims know very little about non-Arabs countries : Rohingyas, West Turkestan and Indians muslims are put apart because they are not Arabs. Arab nationalism was created in order to disconnect Arabs from Islam since Arab nationalism is secularist. Lawrence of Arabia stated the tree of Islam should be removed by planting the tree of nationalism, and that is what he did. In France, nationalists don’t really care about christianism.
There is this Irishman who has been debunking these recent atrocity propaganda, Keith Woods, he is an advocate for nationalism. Strange thing is, this was used to divide muslims as you mentioned, and, nationalism has been a complete failure in Europe, as shown by the events of WW2.

Genocide means wiping a people completely. Islam only allows fighting combatans. Combatant populations do not include all the men of the country in general. Maybe for Israel they do.
