As I’ve covered for over a year now, the Madkhalis are a deviant group that was created by Saudi and UAE intelligence to trick Muslims worldwide into thinking that Gulf policies, no matter how anti-Islamic, should never be criticized.
According to Madkhalis, if you or I criticize these countries for secularizing or for normalizing relations with Israel, our criticism constitutes “khuruj” and makes us heretics and terrorists who should be killed.
Madkhalis have been calling for my death for the past year now for this reason.
I have called the Madkhalis “agents.” The word “agent” can refer to someone who is literally on a pay-roll, but it can also refer to people who do the dirty work of the Gulf governments on a voluntary basis. Arguably, the latter are even more disgusting than the former because they work for free.
The Madkhalis have taken issue with me calling them “agents.” They have demanded that I provide proof that they are being paid by these governments. Today, I am happy to publish some eye-opening information about the funding source of one prominent Madkhali in the UK.

How Saudi Funds Madkhali Speakers
An examination of official British records casts light on how the Saudi government funds its Madkhali agents in the West.
Here we examine the case of Abu Khadeejah – leader of the British Madkhalis and the teacher of Shamsi.
The basic funding arrangement can be described as follows.
British Madkhalis establish companies. The Saudi government provides investment money for these companies and has Saudi officials sit on the boards of these companies. Madkhalis are then hired to work for the companies.
For their work, Madkhalis take various benefits including salaries and shares. In this way, through the company, the Saudi government provides regular payments to its Madkhali agents – rewarding them for disseminating state propaganda.
Meanwhile, the Madkhali agents hide their relationship to the Saudi government. They claim that they are not taking money from the Saudi government. Rather they only admit to working for a company. In reality, these shell companies are mainly funded and controlled by Saudi officials.
We now present the case of Abu Khadeejah (i.e., Waheed Alam, also known as Abdul Wahid).
When we go to Abu Khadeejah’s professional profile on his LinkedIn page, we see the following.

According to official British government public records, Abu Khadeejah (Waheed Alam) served as director for the British company SMA COMMUNICATIONS LTD (archive link).
This company was established in June 2007 and existed until August 2023 when it was dissolved for unknown reasons (archive link).
The two people with most control of the company were Abu Khadeejah and Khalid Mohammed Alkhowaiter. Alkhowaiter is a Saudi national who owned over 75% percent of the shares in the company (archive link).
Alkhowaiter is also a high-ranking Saudi government official, who manages money used for religious purposes (e.g., zakat) (archive link).
More generally, Alkhowaiter runs large investment funds linked to the Saudi government.
According to the public records, another director at Abu Khadeejah’s SMA COMMUNICATIONS was Isaam Houdane (archive link).
Houdane and Khalid Alkhowaiter sit on the board of Abiliti, a digital transformation company that has offices in Riyadh and Dubai (archive link).
In their bios, it states they are both “avid” supporters of Vision 2030, which is Saudi Arabia’s modernization project aimed at secularizing and liberalizing the Kingdom. Alkhowaiter is on “a number of boards to help drive Saudi Vision 2030 and transform the nation.” Note: Vision 2030 has also facilitated Israelis infiltrating Saudi through the private sector.
Khalid Alkhowaiter is an experienced executive with with over 25 years experience in the electronic manufacturing, air navigation and technology industries. He is an experienced board member with a strong financial background as a CFO. Khalid is a always thinking of the best way to do things, loves strategy and building companies in emerging markets especially the GCC. He sits on a number of boards to help drive Saudi Vision 2030 and transform the nation.
Issam Houdane loves transforming companies in the GCC and creating new operating models for the future. He is an avid supporter of Saudi Vision 2030 and is a trusted advisor to key figures in the Government. He has over 20 years experience consulting for some of the biggest brands in the world and is the CEO of pmpartners Saudi Arabia.
Vision 2030 has also ushered in the counter extremist “moderate Islam” agenda in the Gulf, something which Madkhalis like Abu Khadeejah have pushed in the West with the support of Zionists.
Abu Khadeejah has extensively been involved with counter-terrorism government programs in the UK, with his statement on “extremism” even being published by the Guardian. In 2002, Abu Khadeejah was accused of being involved in terrorism. But like many Muslims who get targeted by the government and then make deals with the government behind closed doors, suddenly Abu Khadeejah became one of the biggest counter extremism watchdogs, working with the UK government’s Prevent program and reporting other Muslims to the government. His organization’s financial ties to Prevent have been well-documented in the past.

Abu Khadeejah’s Pro-Israel Activism
We can see clearly the Saudi agenda in Abu Khadeejah’s “religious” teaching. This is the case with Madkhalis more broadly. They claim that Muslims should only focus on creedal issues (tawhid) and remain silent about political matters. Yet, in their own preaching, the overt and covert message the Madkhalis constantly preach is political in nature.
For example, in 2014, Abu Khadeejah was way ahead of the curve in defending rulers building treaties and diplomatic ties with Israel. Abu Khadeejah’s students continue to promote alliances and normalization with the terror state of Israel today, even in the midst of Israel’s bombing campaign against our Palestinian brothers and sisters.
There is much more that can be said about Abu Khadeejah’s vile activities and the “dawah” of the Madkhalis more generally, stabbing the Umma in the back. Some of the unethical behavior of Abu Khadeejah’s organizations has been documented elsewhere.
Be that as it may, we can now see clearly the model used by Madkhalis to get funding directly from the Saudi government for their debased bootlicking thinly-veiled as Salafism.
Bonus: Why Does Murtad Zahack Tanvir Heavily Promote Abu Khadeejah?
Zahack Tanvir is one of the most despised Saudi stooges online. He poses as a Muslim while aggressively attacking Muslims, in particular Palestinians and Indian Muslims. Tanvir is an Indian living in Saudi who disseminates pro-Israel and pro-Hindutva propaganda against Muslims.
Tanvir has a long history promoting Abu Khadeejah:

Abu Khadeejah’s counter-terror work is approved by pro-Israel activist Tanvir:

Tanvir saying he applauds Abu Khadeejah’s work in deradicalizing youth:

Why would Zahack Tanvir in Saudi promote an otherwise unremarkable preacher in the UK? The answer is obvious especially in light of the paper trial showing how Abu Khadeejah was for years financially tied to the Saudi government.
Note: This investigation was undertaken after receiving a tip from an anonymous social media account. Muslim skeptic conveys its thanks to the person who provided the tip.

Ma’shala TabarakhAllah
That’s some heavy research and may Allah bring them to account.
Baraka Allah fik brother Daniel.. since they always claim that they’re the only source of solid evidence.. fight them with their tool .. hatts off and keep up the good work
“Why would Zahack Tanvir in Saudi promote an otherwise unremarkable preacher in the UK?”
Maybe for the same reason you keep talking about him?
back with defending ur gurus? no MS reader will side with any one who will support Israel normalization right now. its disgusting.
I’m not defending or attacking anyone. I’m simply of the opinion that if you disagree with someone, do it on the basis of Quran and Sunnah i.e. bring your textual proofs – ayaat and ahadith. And definitely do not lie, tell half truths, misdirect and mislead. This manhaj of ‘the end justifies the means’ is not Sunni. It’s the way of defiant sects like the Shia and organisations like the Ikhwaan.
“Gulf policies, no matter how anti-Islamic, should never be criticized.”
Simply false.
Publicly cursing, slandering and accusing the ruler will produce a larger fitnah than the one your trying to fight. One, it causes tafriqah/division within the ummah. Two, it causes enmity between the ruler and the ruled. Basically the effects of democray – a fragmented society and a hated political class. This in its turn will cause fitnah in ones religion.
Arabs have started to worship idols. The fitnah you’re trying to avoid will not save you from Allah
Preservation of Deen comes before the preservation of life.
Also, didn’t the Quraysh blame the Prophet (saws) the same thing? That he is creating fitna, causing division between brothers, fathers and sons?
I dont see you and them any different. Actions are judged by intentions. If the intention is to have fear of fitna over fear of Allah, then your actions match that of Quraysh.
By intention and accordance with the Sunnah.
We Muslims don’t have a ruler we haven’t had one since the last one was dismantled in 1918
ikhwaan are better than munafiq gulf rulers.
with the exception of a few
Who is a munafiq according to you and who are the “exception of a few”? And according to which principles did you come to this conclusion?
If you mean nifaaq in belief than you have committed a grave sin. As proclaiming this would mean you believe you have knowledge of the gayb/unseen. And this knowledge is only with Al-Khabeer.
You can judge a person to be kafir/munafiq if he says something which shows kufr/nifaaq or does something like that. Dont mislead people. I didn’t name any gulf ruler. We all know who is a munafiq and who isn’t.
I don’t know. Enlighten me. Who are these munafiq and kafir rulers. And why specifically are they munafiq and kafir….what did they do or say that make them deserve these designations?
Both written by Daniel:
Because Madkhalis are run by state intelligence agencies for propaganda purposes, they are only concerned with politics, and have reduced the entire religion of Islam to politics.

point being?
The point is the crystal clear contradiction.
You are making a fool of yourself. the Madhkhalis silence people by directing them towards aqeedah while they themselves focus on politics only.
All Madhkhalis care about in Islam is that rulers must not be criticised, there should be no boycotts, normalization with Israel must go on without criticism, shirk must be slowly integrated into Arab society without criticism. They silence criticism by shouting aqeedah and make Islam all about defending rulers.
All of this is a blatant lie. The scholars of the Khaleej are the most hardcore in fighting shirk and defending tawheed. Not openly criticizing the Muslim ruler and attacking him is part of Islam. Calling for boycotts isn’t for the laymen but the leaders. If you personally don’t want to buy than don’t. The scholars aren’t calling for normalization. The fact that you’re this misinformed tells me you have these things from hearsay and don’t acquire ilm directly from the source.
The scholars say it is ja’iz to have solh with the kuffaar. This to avoid harm. The funny thing is that Hamas itself has recently called for a hudna – ceasefire.
As for normalization/tatbih. This is a modern term that you won’t find in the Quran or Sunnah.
Normalisation is not Sulh you traitor
In the first tweet he is speaking about the elite who manipulate the belief of their people for political and economical control.
In the second he is speaking about how they do so, sending people to teach Muslims only to focus on Tawhid and their relationship with Allah individually, not political matters.
If this does not help or make you aware that you are wrong then it seems your heart is corrupt.
“The Madkhalis have taken issue with me calling them “agents.” They have demanded that I provide proof that they are being paid by these governments. Today, I am happy to publish some eye-opening information about the funding source of one prominent Madkhali in the UK.”
What you’ve published here by no means constitutes “proof”. Guilt by association isn’t proof. It’s a fallacy. Funnily this is often a critique used against “Madkhalis”.
there is a difference between mere “association” and “being on indirect payroll”
Seems like this article is a respons to Abu Khadeejah’s refutation of you called “Refutation of the Slanderer Daniel Haqiqatjou | Shaykh Abu Khadeejah”. Which was uploaded on DUS Dawah’s YouTube canal a month ago.
Sincerely, look past the title and listen to the complete one hour lecture. There are many beneficial points to be taken from it.
If this is not proof, what do you need as proof?! Seriously stop being blind supporter
Benefit doesn’t cover harm
A fly may have many benefits but still it sits on a heap of crap. Same can be said for the Madkhalis, who in their veneration for a bunch of crooks and thugs, who are their so called leaders, are throwing Palestinians and other marginalized Muslims under the bus. Atleast be objective in your criticism. I have difference of opinion with Daniel on a number of issues but I have to admit here is absolutely on the right side of the track by supporting Palestinians
I did notice a clown “preacher” online in the name of Shamsi and could not fathom the fact that he was getting so much publicity, and thanks God you showed up to shed more light into the behind the scene intricacies that most of us are umaware of.
May Allah swt protect you brother from the evil of the Hypocrites.
May Allah destroy the plots of every slave of the devil.
May Allah render weak & fragile the snares & plots of the hypocrites.
Aameen Sum Aameen
Wow excellent piece of research. Well done
Great
As an ex-former friend of him I am shocked it was this deep.JZKL
i started disliking saudis when they started “normalizing” ties with israhell
I used to wonder why UAE and Saudi Arabia seem uncaring to the Modi’s BJP’s utter discrimination policies and atrocities towards the muslims in Kashmir and India.
Could Zahack Tanvir also be the BJP’s frontman in the Gulf countries to “sanitise” BJP’s atrocities to muslims in India?
Looking at the recent history of the cold war, the agents of a state and the ideologies it promotes can be paid, voluntary and even “involuntary” (they do it voluntarily without knowing that they serve secret powers with sinister plans). Basically what is said colloquially “useful idiots”.
True. Many groups are like this. Especially takfiri khariji groups, like IS, fall under this nomer. Some of them might have sincere intentions but are ignorant of the fact that they are hurting Islam and the Muslims. This is why intention/niyyah alone isn’t enough. Actions have to be in accordance with the Sunnah as well.
The measuring stick should always be Quran and Sunnah. Does the Quran and Sunnah allow criticizing the Muslim ruler in public? If the answer is no, than don’t do it.
Exactly the lost men that followed issis are a clear example of that.
I think there has been too much exaggeration about not criticizing the ruler when this ones promote bad things for your children future. It is one thing to ask for the government to fall and quite another to tell people to boycott predatory foreign monopolistic companies that serve the imperialist mercantilism of a foreign power, look it up mercantilism is not free market…
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
It is obligatory for you to listen to the ruler and obey him in adversity and prosperity, in pleasure and displeasure, and even when another person is given (rather undue) preference over you.
Reference: Sahih Muslim 1836
Narrated Junada bin Abi Umaiya:
We entered upon ‘Ubada bin As-Samit while he was sick. We said, “May Allah make you healthy. Will you tell us a Hadith you heard from the Prophet (ﷺ) and by which Allah may make you benefit?” He said, “The Prophet (ﷺ) called us and we gave him the Pledge of allegiance for Islam, and among the conditions on which he took the Pledge from us, was that we were to listen and obey (the orders) both at the time when we were active and at the time when we were tired,
…and at our difficult time and at our ease and to be obedient to the ruler and give him his right even if he did not give us our right, and not to fight against him unless we noticed him having open Kufr (disbelief) for which we would have a proof with us from Allah.”
Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 7055, 7056
Wa’il bin Hujr (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Salamah bin Yazid Al-Ju’f (May Allah be pleased with him) asked Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): “O Prophet of Allah! Tell us, what you command us to do if there arises over us rulers who demand of us what is due to them and refuse us what is due to us.” Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) turned away from him, but he repeated the same question. Thereupon Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “Listen to them and obey them.
…They are responsible for their obligations and you are accountable for yours.” [Muslim].
Reference: Riyad as-Salihin 668
Ahadith like these are many in number.
Sincerity “to the Muslim leaders,” – they are the commanders and rulers- is that you obey them in what does not involve disobedience to Allah. Do not disobey or revolt against them, or search for their errors and mistakes and spread them among the people.
…From being sincere to them is that if you have knowledge and ability to admonish them secretly, give them admonitions and inform them of the errors that have emanated from them or from their subjects. Do not discuss it in gatherings for this is deception. Sincerity is to admonish them secretly. This is sincerity to the leader.
Sharh as-Sunnah, Imam al-Barbahari
So listen to them even when they implement kufr laws? Listen to them even when they corrupt our education system? Listen to them even when alot of Islam is left unimplemented because they don’t bother about the political ahkam of Islam? Ya akhi, I advise you to not blindly follow the salafi narrative which reduced Islam to a mere religion. Islam is a complete deen (way of life) and it has its own economic and political system.
And in case you haven’t noticed, these “leaders” can’t stand to be criticized even in private, and they have the people jailed or worse if they try to advise. We judge these leaders by their actions, and they’ve proven their alliances. How can it be that we shut up while they ally with the West, kill fellow Muslims while abstaining from fighting the Z!0nists, and hand over our resources to the West? The obedience to the ruler only applies to legitimate rulers who apply sh@ri@h.
We do not support rebellion against our leaders or those in charge of our affairs even if they are unjust, nor do we wish evil on them, nor do we withdraw from their obedience. We hold that obedience to them is part of obedience to Allah Almighty and therefore obligatory as long as they do not instruct us to commit sin. We pray for their rectitude and wellbeing.
Aqeedah at-Tahawiyyah, Imam at-Tahawi
When will your gheerah awaken? Not until Arab rulers command you to commit open and clear Shirk, is it not? Then Allah’s punishment will be established upon you.
Gheerah is of two types:
Gheerah al-Mahmudah = gheerah for the din, shariah, the sunnah, the sahabah, the Muslims, family, your womenfolk etc.
The second is gheerah al-Madmumah. This is gheerah that goes against the shariah. The gheerah you’re calling to is of the second type.
Why are you obsessed with Arab rulers? Why never speak about the non-Arab rulers? The populations of the Khaleej over overwhelmingly in support of their leaders. And alhamdulillah there is social stability, peace, safety, prosperity and security. Why cause fitnah in Muslims lands where there is none?
All the ahadith are talking about muslims rulers. If you think a men Who is openly saying that he want seculirsm and is allowing shirk en kufr a muslim. Then you are a just as stupid as your rulers.
If you are so happy with your rulers then make dua that Allaah will wake you up next to them at yawm al qiyama
I agree with those hadith but not 100% with your point, but you are to a certain degree right. The experience of Syria and Libya among many are a clear example of the fitna and misery that can come. The reason I don’t agree with you 100% is because none of those hadiths ask who you can and cannot trade with. I mean, commerce is something that rulers have never controlled, they only regulate it with the enforcement of taxes to finance their power.
Thank you for exposing them May Allah reward you as layman I would have never known
Madumakkhis never criticize concerts of Naked women in Saudi. Even that Is not allowed?
Many people don’t know how many sisters are suffering because they’ve groomed them and forced them to stay silent, their oppression against Muslims is ongoing. We will deal with the yahud of the qibla bi idhnillah
