Is it not curious how ISIS seems to be fighting all the enemies of the US Empire and never the actual enemies of Islam?
Recently, we saw the horrific attack in Moscow’s Crocus City Hall on March 22nd, 2024, which left at least 143 innocent people dead and more than 100 critically wounded.
US officials were quick to point the finger at the group known as Islamic State-Khorasan—or “ISIS-K”—as the perpetrators of the attack. They even seemed to have also possessed foreknowledge of the attack, having allegedly shared information “about a planned terrorist attack in Moscow” and warning their own citizens “to avoid large gatherings over the next 48 hours.”
For many, the US accusation of so-called “Islamic” extremists being behind the attack raised a series of questions. First and foremost, we must be clear that Muslims will never target innocent civilians and deliberately kill innocent women, children, and men. Acts of terror are prohibited in Islam, and no Muslim of sound mind will ever do this.
Why, then, would so-called “Muslims” attack Russia now—the number one enemy of the West—when there are far more pressing matters for Muslims elsewhere in the world? Was Washington perhaps trying to shift focus away from the actual culprits by blaming ISIS-K for the attack? So far, Russia has levied charges against Ukraine and the West for being involved in the deadly attack in a bid to punish and destabilize Russia for not condemning Hamas and for calling for a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza.
Since ISIS came to the fore, they have done nothing but wreak havoc and advance the interests of the West and Israel. They have done nothing to help Muslims, which raises the question of whose interests they serve and who it was that created them.

A Gang of Criminals
In mainstream media, ISIS is portrayed as a fanatical “Islamic” fundamentalist group. The truth of the matter, however, is that these lowlifes are nothing more than criminals who will do anything for money. According to investigative journalist Kit Klarenberg, they are “guns for hire,” and, at “any given time, they act at the behest of an array of international donors, bound by common interest.”[1]
We still do not know the full details of how the four terrorists were recruited, armed, and financed, but Russia claims that Ukraine was behind the attack. This makes perfect sense, especially seeing as the two sides are at war with each other, and it would be in Kiev’s interest to sabotage, punish, and destabilize Russia. Kiev has already shown a pattern of extremism in the form of the Azov Brigade—a far right neo-Nazi group that is part of Ukraine’s armed forces—who have been accused of human rights violations and war crimes.
According to tabloid news, the four suspects apprehended after the terrorist attacks, seem to have been high on drugs which turned them into fearless killing machines. Whatever the truth of the matter is, it is clear that these were braindead lowlifes that had no clue who was sponsoring their monstrous actions; and that they seemed to have only been motivated by money in the form of crypto currency.
This curious new group, ISIS-K, seems to have magically sprung up out of nowhere, and is now targeting Russia, China, and Iran—all the enemies of the US and Israel. Suspiciously enough, however, it never targets Israel or the actual enemies of Islam and Muslims.
So, whose interests is this group really serving? In order to answer that question, we need to first uncover who it was that created the mother group, ISIS.

ISIS – A Product of Western Intelligence Agencies

According to investigative journalist, Kit Klarenberg, it was the CIA and MI6 who began supporting Sunni “nationalist jihadists” throughout West Asia.[2] This strategy was laid out in a RAND Report from 2008 called “Unfolding the Future of the Long War.”[3]
Remember that RAND is a highly influential, Washington DC-headquartered “think-tank” bankrolled to the tune of almost $100 million annually by the Pentagon. It regularly publishes recommendations on national security, foreign affairs, military strategy, and covert and overt actions overseas.[4]
The RAND paper from 2008 explored ways in which the US could continue its never-ending “War on Terror” after the occupation of Iraq would formally come to an end. The inevitable withdrawal of coalition forces from Iraq would threaten Western hegemony over oil and gas, which according to the RAND report would remain a “strategic priority” when the occupation was officially over.
To counter this threat, the think-tank proposed a “divide and rule” strategy to keep US interests in the region intact. The withdrawal of US troops would create a power vacuum, but Washington could exploit “fault lines between [Iraq’s] various Salafi-jihadist groups to turn them against each other and dissipate their energy on internal conflicts,” while also “supporting authoritative Sunni governments against a continuingly hostile Iran”:[5]
This strategy relies heavily on covert action, information operations (IO), unconventional warfare, and support to indigenous security forces. […] the United States and its local allies could use the nationalist jihadists to launch proxy IO campaigns to discredit the transnational jihadists in the eyes of the local populace… [This] would be an inexpensive way of buying time […] until the United States can return its full attention to the long war. U.S. leaders could also choose to capitalize on the “Sustained Shia-Sunni Conflict” by taking the side of the conservative Sunni regimes against Shiite empowerment movements in the Muslim world.[6]
In hindsight, one can easily see how the strategy laid out by RAND in 2008 has now come to pass: the Syrian civil war ended up turning Salafi-jihadist groups against each other in a classic divide-and-rule strategy where Muslims became embroiled in internal conflict rather than fighting the common enemy. Further, we have seen Washington clearly supporting “authoritative Sunni governments” [read: Saudi Arabia] against Iran, thereby advancing the interests of Israel through the Abraham Accords and the normalizations proces, which has only now been derailed thanks to the Palestinian Resistance Movement.

According to Kit Klarenberg, Bashar al-Assad rejected a Qatari proposal to “route Doha’s vast gas reserves directly to Europe, via a $10 billion, 1,500 kilometre-long pipeline spanning Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria and Turkey.” This has been extensively documented by WikiLeaks, who allege that US, Israeli, and Saudi intelligence immediately decided to overthrow Assad by fomenting a local Sunni rebellion and started financing opposition groups for this purpose.
This strategy was named Operation Timber Sycamore and was started in October 2011, when the CIA was operating via Britain’s MI6 to avoid having to notify Congress that it was arming the rebels in Syria. The CIA and MI6 started redirecting weapons and extremist fighters from Libya to Syria, having successfully gotten rid of Muammar Gaddafi in a televised murder execution.
By August 2012, Western officials were well-aware that their proxies in Syria had the intention to create a so-called Islamic State in the Levant as revealed by a US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) report:
“If the situation unravels, there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist principality in eastern Syria…This is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want in order to isolate the Syrian regime…ISI could also declare an Islamic state through its union with other terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria, which will create great danger.”
The “dangerous” prospect of a so-called “Islamic” state in Iraq and Syria, however, did not stop the CIA from sending weapons and money to Syria’s “moderate” rebels, knowing full well that those weapons would end up in ISIS hands. Leaked documents from British intelligence reveal that the risk of equipment and personnel ending up in the hands of ISIS and al-Nusra was deemed “high.” This, however, did not stop the British nor the Americans from sending money, weapons, and training to these groups. It’s almost as if the desired intention was to train and arm these groups?

Lessons Learned
As Muslims, we must learn from the past in order not to repeat our previous mistakes. For too long we have been “followers” being directed by others leading us down paths that end up destroying us. We must become truly independent and not allow ourselves to be manipulated by think-tanks and foreign powers who do not serve the interests of the Muslim Ummah. On the contrary, they are unabashedly hostile, and they seek to destroy Islam.
For too long we have fallen into the trap, and is not befitting for a believer to fall for the same trap twice:
It has been narrated from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet ﷺ said: “A believer is not stung twice from the same hole.” (Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim)
What we can take from this is that Muslims should learn from their past mistakes. We must treat an open enemy as precisely that, an open enemy. Allah declares Iblis an open enemy of Muslims and mankind, and He tells us that we should treat him as such:
Indeed, Satan is an enemy to you. So take him as an enemy. He but calls his alliance [with zealous intensity] to be of the companions of the Flaming Fire [of Hell]. (Qur’an, 35:6)
The Western hegemonic powers (including Israel) are open enemies of Islam and Muslims, and they should be treated as such. We must not be naïve and so easily fooled by empty words and fanciful sentiments of democracy and human rights. The so-called “rules-based” world order is dead, and they should not be allowed to use such empty statements when they are the biggest rule breakers of international order.
The West has wreaked havoc in the Middle East for the past 100 years, trying to destroy Islam and Muslims, and yet, we see some Muslims with no honor allying with them and helping them advance this agenda.
We seek refuge in Allah from such misguidance, and we ask Allah that Muslims regain their past glory and place in the world.

Total agree akhi ! If we dot connect Uncle Sam’s foot prints, every single place where it has shed blood, has seen resurgence of ISIL committing atrocities against innocent people Muslim non Muslim alike. After eviction of US from Afg, Iraq & Syria, it popped up, fighting against Taliban in battle of Darzab where ANA choppers rescued ISKP terrorists at the last moment, infuriating local pop. This explains why ISKP ranks are swollen by ex ANA soldiers, IMU fighters & Taliban defectors.
Note, Russia could also be behind the Moscow attack to blame Ukraine and to gain internal support to continue their invasion. All possible angles must be examined
Just because US-Israel empire employs tactics like that, doesn’t mean the whole world is rotten
Lmao your comment shows how naive you are. Do I have to remind you Russia is allied with china which is genocidng tour Uyghur Muslim Brethren as we speak . Do I have to remind you Russia Kia 300k Chechen Muslims in Chechnya in the late 90s. Do I have to remind you this is the same Russia that is allied with Iran and aided the tyrant bashar Al Assad and with Iran and Assad Kia 1-2 million Sunni Muslims in Syria and displaced 14 million of them.
Are you that naive that you think Russia wouldn’t do something as rotten as creating false flags
Remember 1999 Russian apartment bombings?
ISIS-K was bought by the pentagon from K-Mart!
Even other Syrian rebel groups didn’t like *S*S as *S*S made takfir on them, and scholars who were with Syrian rebels declared *S*S as khawarij.
I wonder what the actual plan of the z***ists were in Syria. Perhaps it was if Bashar got removed, they would have tried to keep Syria in chaos and try to put in place a pro z***ist government in place if possible, or balkanize it and have the z***ist state occupy more of its terrories. It seems that no matter what happened in Syria, the plan was
to make sure that muslims would not win. What we actually need to do before trying to get rid of these despotic regimes is to have a Khilafa, a powerful muslim Empire similar to the Ottoman Empire, this seems to be another reason for creating *S*S and invading Afghanistan, to make Muslims look bad and make sure Sunni Muslims don’t create something like the Ottoman Empire or Khilafa again.
Don’t forget that Assad is not innocent – he released extremists who joined AQI to create I S I S
Yes and he also funded and worked with 1s1s and Kia 1-2 million Sunni Muslims and tortured thousands in different dungeons and prisons
The points in this article are NOT accurate, because;
1. Who made sure NON MUSLIM minority Alawits became the dominant power in part of Al-sham called Syria?
2. Why did America handed over the territory called Iraq to Iran?
3. Why did America protected the shi’its in Iraq when ISIS were just few kilometers from taking Bagdad?
4. The persians and their proxies, how many Israelis and Americans have they killed vs how many Muslims have they killed in Iraq, Syria and Yemen?
The article is somewhat incorrect as 1s1s was founded in 1999 but the 1s1s this article refers to is the Syrian faction of it which was formed by western intelligence agencies including Assad . Both the west and Assad funded 1s1s to basically backstab the Syrian resistance . And but the point that protestors were getting paid by the west to rebel against Assad is a lie yes later in the resistance did get some money and weapons from the resistance
But the protestors were protesting due to how oppressive Assad was even if we accept the claim those protestors were backed by the cia that wouldn’t nullify the fact that Assad is a war criminals and tyrant the man Kia 1-2 million Sunni Muslims and displaced half the population. And couldn’t defeat 1s1s instead it was an Iraqi backed militia funded by America which wiped out 1s1s off the map not Iran or Russia or Syria .all they did was Kia Sunni Muslim civilians
Also another point if the article wasn’t referring to the Syrian resistance but 1s1s when talking about western funding of rebel group then the author should Clarify that .
Here’s a question there’s this so called sheikh or scholar on Twitter named Abu feranado iskander who says the shariah doesn’t mention the word civilian and that non western combatants can be attacked if the west is at war with the ummah is this true? And he seems to forget that the strategy of all these Muslim attackers are dumb and hasn’t benefited the Muslims in anyway and there’s no strategy and they never try to Kia the important people in power I would like it if these issues are addressed
Because let’s say if he was correct we can argue it’s still wrong as it hasn’t done any good to the Muslims plus shouldn’t these supposed “mujahideen” be targeting politicians and military people and generals and the elites who run the west but all they did was target non combatants that made things worse for the Muslims than good.
What about when western, Israel, and Russian forces target and kill millions of Muslim civilians in Iraq. Afghanistan, etc.
Just a question, how is Russia not the enemy of Islam? So we Chechens support Palestine and in return we have palestinians supporting Russia? Is that normal behavior? We are against both USA and Russia, why are palestinians supporting russians who to this day kill our brothers with the help of Kadyrov now?
Another MAJOR thing, in the title picture ISIS is all raising their LEFT hands. Left hands, and I know instinctively a muslim never does that even if he is left handed he will raise the right hand when pointing (as for the Shahadah or something). and it’s not just one, not two, but ALL of them. and its not like the image is flipped because the text behind them is intact. Extremely strange. hmm…
