This article was initially compiled as an ‘X’ thread to expose the fallacy of the culturalist argument that Pakistanis, due to their culture, specifically target white girls for abuse. The ‘X’ thread can be viewed here.

Let’s talk about child sex tourism, where white British people (and Western Europeans) disproportionately travel to Eastern Europe and Asian countries to sexually abuse little black and brown boys and girls.

Countries have been categorised as source and destination countries. “Source” refers to the country from which people travel to engage in child sexual abuse, and “destination” refers to the country to which people travel to for their depravities.

These categories are blurring as tourism increases across the world and the internet facilitates child sexual abuse.

Nevertheless, this has been a major problem in Britian.

During the 90s, British-based tourist agents would organise child sex tours. The government even resisted legislation enabling the prosecution of British child abusers for offences against children abroad.

In 1995, four young Filipino men gave Home Office officials first-hand accounts of the actions of Britons who go abroad to prey on children sexually:

“Hundreds of thousands of children were lured into child sexual slavery in the Philippines to satisfy the requirements of Western tourists, many of them British.”

According to End Child Prostitution in Asian Tourism (ECPAT) at the time (1995), “one in every eight abusers was from the UK,” making UK the “fourth in the offender league table after Germany, America and Australia” – white people raping Asian children.

In 2010, the director of ECPAT UK said:

“Unfortunately the UK has an appalling record in prosecuting British citizens for child sexual abuse overseas and successful cases like this are extremely rare.”

According to a 2016 global study on sexual exploitation of children in travel and tourism,

“Western European countries have long been sources of travelling child sex offenders (TCSOs).”

In 2019, ECPAT told the national inquiry into child abuse, IICSA, that Brits were repeatedly traveling to countries and abusing vulnerable children abroad and that this issue was a “blindspot”:

“Despite existing legislation in the UK, children abroad are still being abused by UK nationals. For many years, we have seen a clear pattern of repeat offenders travelling from county to country to avoid sex offender management mechanisms in the UK. For too long, this issue has been neglected and offenders allowed to commit this form of child exploitation with impunity. There continues to be a real lack of awareness, almost like a blind spot, to recognise that citizens from a rich country like Britain are abusers of very vulnerable children abroad.”

According to the 2022 IICSA report, the true scale of child sexual abuse by British individuals in countries like Kenya, Uganda, Malaysia, India, the Philippines, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand and Myanmar is unknown.

Data is scarce. However, there are a few metrics that we can use to gauge the extent of the problem.

NCA’s Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command estimates that around 80,000 Brits present some kind of sexual threat online to children both in England and Wales and abroad.

A key hotspot for transnational child abuse is Cambodia. According to Action Pour Les Enfants (APLE), Britain was one of the countries disproportionately highly represented. British offenders amounted to 6.3 percent of those on the database, the fourth largest group by nationality.

Data for other countries is difficult to obtain. However, another limited way to quantify the number is to examine how many requests British nationals make for consular assistance after having been arrested for child sex offences abroad.

Between 2013 and 2017, 361 such requests were made by British nationals. Below is a map showing the locations and quantities of such requests:

It is worth noting that people are less likely to be caught in poorer, developing, or worn-torn countries where children a more vulnerable.

If we were to apply the logic of Zionists/neocons, which makes crimes intrinsic to Islam and Pakistani culture, it would be very easy to frame all this as inherent to white British culture.

We would then be forced to ask a series of questions.

Is there a British white crime problem?

Why are white Britons going around the world raping black and brown children?

What aspect of white British cultures produces British transnational rapists of poor, darker coloured children?

Why are white (mainly) men sexually unsatisfied such that they must satisfy their desires through abuse of brown and black children across the world?

Also, will there be an inquiry, and if so, will it examine the British culture which produces such child sexual abusers?

Note: We DO NOT agree with this logic, whether it’s applied to British whites or Pakistani origin Brits. But we hope the point is made.

We now turn to some of the high-profile cases of white British nationals going abroad and sexually abusing black and brown children. (For more information regarding those mentioned, you may click the below headings, which contain hyperlinks to detailed external articles.)

John Smyth

British Christian clergyman and barrister, Smyth was accused of sadomasochistic beatings of children and adolescents in the UK. He then relocated to Zimbabwe, where he continued to abuse children while running Christian camps. The abuse of more than 100 children and young men was covered up within the Church of England for decades.

Mark Frost

In 1992, Frost was fined £200 for possessing indecent images of children.

He also received 12 months for indecent assault on a boy under the age of 16.

In 2017, Frost pleaded guilty of 45 charges including rape and sexual assault of young boys in UK and Thailand.

Gary Glitter (Paul Gadd)

Gary Glitter was 74, a former popstar. He was able to travel to Vietnam and abuse young girls aged 10 and 11 despite having been convicted of child sex offences in 1999.  He even managed to have a travel ban lifted in 2011. Glitter was eventually imprisoned in 2015 and sentenced to 16 years for abusing three young girls.

Richard Huckle (Teacher)

Was a regular worshipper at Ashford Baptist Church. Huckle used religion (Christianity) and an English teaching qualification to access children in an impoverished community in Malaysia where he raped 200 babies, toddlers, and children.

In 2006 he travelled to Cambodia where he raped 4 and 6 year olds.

He created a manual on how to carry out these vile actions.

Barry McCloud

McCloud travelled to Goa, India, and filmed himself raping a 10-year-old girl several times between 2005 and 2007.

He also had downloaded images of child abuse.

Simon Wood

A pilot who sexually abused more than 100 African orphans and schoolchildren during British Airways volunteering. He abused 15 children in Kenya and Uganda.

James Alexander

Music teacher and reservist in the Parachute Regiment from 1999 to 2003. He taught in Thailand and Malaysia, solicited sexual images of young Asian children, and planned to travel to Philippines to rape children between the ages of 4 and 12.

David Mould

He made trips to the Philippines and Nepal between April 2018 and May 2019, to sexually abuse and exploit children, groom them, and then sexually abuse them. He targeted smaller cities and rural areas. He would befriend young boys there, give them money and gifts, and groom them into sexual abuse.

He was also a moderator of a dark web chat site, where he gave advice to other child sex tourists and encouraged other users to commit similar offences on an international scale. Mould also possessed four child sex abuse manuals.

Ian Wynter

Paid a man in the Philippines to abuse two two-year-old boys for him via video call on multiple occasions.

In online chats with other offenders, he described himself as being “sexually attracted to babies and toddlers”. He discussed raping children among other such “fantasies” of his.

Cesar Cordero Conejo (Possibly of Spanish Origin)

He paid mothers in the Phillipines £1,300 to livestream and direct sexual abuse of children as young as two years old, including child sex abuse with each other children. He wanted rape the children himself. He was found in possession of 12,500 indecent images of children, including 4,706 of the most severe kind.

Ex-BBC Journalist Duncan Bartlett

Caught in possession of 6,000 indecent images of children.

He paid people in the Philippines to organise live strip shows, many of which involved children aged between 9 and 16 years old.

He also elicited indecent images of children through his contacts in the Philippines, paying them to supply him with pictures and videos of sexual abuse of children.

Keith Morris

He visited a remote Kenyan village, where he befriended the young victims’ families over the past 20 years, giving them money and gifts, before proceeding to rape the young boys.

Morris was convicted of four counts of rape, three counts of assault by penetration, and four counts of sexual assault.

Simon Harris

Ex-public school teacher and head of charity VAE, which placed volunteers in Kenyan schools.

He sexually abused Kenyan street boys after luring them to his home between 1996 and 2013.

He was also found in possession of indecent child abuse images.

Case of OU-A2, OU-A3 and OU-A5

The perpetrator was a member of a UK-based Christian charity which engaged in various activities, including missionary, educational and pastoral work with disadvantaged youths in Africa.

He abused children from the 1980s to 2007.

Case of Lorna

Lorna from the Philippines started doing online “shows” when she was seven years old. She explained that “a man told her to take off her clothes, spread her legs and rub her thighs. She described that he was ‘white and hairy’.”

Case of Boy C

Boy C was living in Pattaya, Thailand. He was tricked by a British man who into going to a hotel room and had asked him to perform oral sex. The man was charged with having sex with a minor.

Case of Boy D and Boy E

A British man made financial arrangements with their parents for them to live with him and acted as their guardian in Thailand. He would sexually abuse them, make them sleep naked with him in the same bed, and he would take photographs of them. The man was found with indecent images of sex acts involving young boys.
